Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You are entitled to refund or exchange products which are found to be damaged, or not in good condition upon delivery, subject to below terms :
We have a 7-day return policy, which means if products are found to be damaged or not in a good condition, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Any product above HK$750 per bottle shall not be refunded in any event. If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).
We do not accept refund, cancellation or exchange request unless product(s) delivered is found incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In such case upon the new purchase order is billed to the same person and to be delivered to the same address, we will approve refund for the original order regardless the price/ value of the return/ exchange product(s).
If any of the item(s) you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 2 working days.
In case of returning goods :
In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid upon receiving the return items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
**Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. ( Depending on payment method, usually takes no more than 3 weeks )
Liquor Embassy reserves the right to determine if the order(s) shall be exchanged or refunded.
