Our working hours : MON-FRI 10am-5pm, excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays.

Upon receiving your order and payment, our customer service will contact you within 1 working day, to confirm with you an expected delivery date and time along with consignee details.

Our standard deliveries are made during 10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday;
Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays.
*Delivery times vary depending on location.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days after checkout.
With LE's own local delivery fleet, all shipped orders are fully insured and usually get to your doorstep within the/ 1 working day after shipping.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination address.

FREE Delivery is available for orders > HKD1200-HKD1500, depending on location :

HK Island :
- FREE for orders > HKD1200;
- HKD120 for orders < HKD1200.

Kowloon :
- FREE for orders > HKD1200;
- HKD120 for orders < HKD1200.

New Territories (except Ma Wan, Tung Chung) :
- FREE for orders > HKD1500
- HKD200 for orders < HKD1500.

  Ma Wan and Tung Chung :
  - HKD120 delivery charge for orders > HKD1500.
  - HKD350 delivery charge for orders < HKD1500.

Outlying islands / Discovery Bay / Lantau / Lamma / Cheung Chau :
FREE delivery to the PIER can be arranged for orders over HKD1500,
Customers will have to pick up from the pier.

*No self-pick up service available.

Delivery service is not available at non-permanent address, restricted areas, hotel guests rooms and marinas.

Extra charge is required for addresses without lift, at HK$20/floor/carton, up to 5th floor. *Please note that the extra charge is charged per carton ( 6 x <1L bottles ). In any reason(s) our driver is unable to offer this service, driver will then contact and require you or your assigned consignee to collect the order at ground floor.

Please check all your ordered items are delivered against the invoice/delivery note upon delivery, then sign and return the delivery note to our courier to confirm your acceptance of goods.

In case of delivery address / information given by customer being inaccurate, resulting a fail / false delivery, LE reserves the right to charge an addition delivery fee ( up to HK$200 ) for subsequent delivery/ deliveries.

If you need to reschedule the delivery, please email to info@liquorembassy.com or call our Customer Service Hotline at +852 25611299 during our office hour 2 working days in advance. Otherwise an administration fee of HK$200 might be charged.

All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.

To ensure prompt delivery, someone (above age 18) must be present to sign for the parcel. Please leave a note along with contact details during checkout, if you wish to have your parcel with security/ doorman/ front desk.

The person receiving the goods at the delivery address must be 18 years of age or above and should be deemed your authorized representative and that any instruction / information provided and act done by you.
